OTTR Inc. stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from OTTR Inc, you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please provide order/invoice number.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed, unless return is due to manufacturing defect. 
  • For online orders email your request to info@ottr-inc.com to initiate the return process.
